(Princeton, New Jersey), the Eden Institute (Princeton, New Jersey),

Center (Connecticut), the Eden Florida Services (Naples and Fort

Commissioner’s Advisory Council on the Disabled); the New Jersey
Division Children and Family Services; and, The New Jersey Division

from the Western Connecticut State University; Masters of Education
in Special Education from Rutgers University; and, Doctorate in
Educational Psychology from Rutgers University.

in Psychological Specialties.
